After more than a decade of experience working in churches, nonprofits, and NGOs, the founders of Solertiae realized that there is a better way to effectively manage technology. We have also experienced the common belief that success is measured by a "pursuit of excellence," but this often leads to confusion and unnecessary costs.
Instead of constantly striving for excellence, what if we focused on our natural abilities and talents? In his book, The Big Leap, Gay Hendricks refers to this as our "zone of genius." It is a state where we are in flow, constantly inspired, and able to produce exceptional work that surpasses what others are doing.Imagine producing work that stands out and surpasses anything else, all while being in a state of flow.
