The Future of Ministry Partner Development
Partner Essentials is sunsetting on March 31, 2026. But this isn't the end—it's the beginning of something completely reimagined. We've partnered with a trusted platform builder who's been crafting tools for mission for years—and together, we've created what's next.
Solertiae will officially retire the current Partner Essentials platform in the coming year. Over the past few years, it's become clear that maintenance, patchwork upgrades, and tacking on new features aren't enough. MPD (Ministry Partner Development) is too important to settle for more of the same.
It's time for a ground-up reimagining—one that fully embraces the era of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
Think of what's coming as Partner Essentials 3.0:
- Everything Partner Essentials was—trusted, familiar, and ministry-driven
- Everything it needs to be next—smarter, faster, more adaptive
- Mission-aligned, technically robust, and actively evolving to serve your team for the long haul
We've looked at this from every angle—and here's the reality: building a tool like this ourselves, with the intelligence, scalability, and technical sophistication required, would be cost-prohibitive. We'd have to charge far more than is sustainable for the organizations we serve. And that defeats the purpose.
So instead, we've joined forces with a close partner—one that shares our mission and values—so we can deliver a tool that not only meets the moment but does so at the price point that makes sense.

Does Epistle integrate with MailChimp?
No, Epistle doesn’t integrate directly with MailChimp and that’s intentional.
Epistle was built specifically for missionaries and ministry partners, not marketers. Instead of managing email lists and campaigns, you simply post updates with photos and stories. Epistle automatically sends those updates to your supporters based on their preferred frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly), keeping communication personal and consistent without extra work.
Why this is better than MailChimp:
- Made for ministry: Built for relational connection, not marketing.
- Automatic delivery: You post; Epistle handles the sending.
- Personalized experience: Supporters choose how often they hear from you.
- Engagement insights: Track prayer, likes, and comments, not just opens.
MailChimp is great for marketing automation, but Epistle keeps your communication simple, authentic, and focused on relationships, exactly what ministry updates are meant to do. This is why Epistle is in the top 1% of email senders by quality and sender reputation. Simply put, using Epistle helps you avoid spam and maintain long term connection with your contacts.
Why should we trust your use of AI?
That’s a great and important question and one we take seriously.
Epistle uses AI responsibly and securely to make communication easier, not riskier. We never train AI models on your organization’s data. Your updates, contact lists, and content remain private, protected, and stored securely in the cloud.
Here’s what’s true and what’s not:
✅ What’s true
- Epistle uses AI to help with writing, formatting, and summarizing your updates, similar to how Microsoft or Google use AI tools within Word or Gmail.
- All AI processing happens within secure business-grade systems (not public or “free” AI models).
- Your data stays yours. Nothing you write, upload, or send through Epistle is used to “train” an external AI model.
🚫 What’s not true
- Epistle’s AI does not “learn” from your messages or share them with others.
- Your private data is not fed into any public AI system like OpenAI’s free ChatGPT.
- No content is stored or reused to improve global AI models.
In short, Epistle’s use of AI is private, cloud-secure, and organization-safe ...focused only on helping you communicate more effectively, not on collecting or learning from your data.
